Some words to describe The Girl on the Train would be a fiction, crime, thriller, mystery, suspense and overall being an action novel. The Girl on the Train was an intoxicating read that immediately had me questioning and coming up with theories with each individual character and their place in the book. The story was told very well and each chapter ended with even more suspense building to the next chapter. The main character Rachel is extremely flawed and had me cringing on each action she made, however this made the book even more better by me wanting to know what she did or what came her way throughout the book. This book perfectly describes the word thriller and exceeds the expectation of what I would predict next in the novel. I honestly think The Girl on the Train is well paced and has a consistent flow of suspense build. Overall I would give The Girl on the Train a total of 5 stars.
