Daisy Jones & The Six (review)

KatieRead

Daisy Jones & The Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid is under the category of Fiction, Romance, Adult, Rock star, Music and Drama. I have read one of Taylor Jenkins Reid’s books called “The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo” and I really enjoy how she captures the storyline and how the characters interact with each other. Daisy Jones & The Six was written really well and immediately reeled me into the storyline. The book is about a fictional 1970s rock band inspired by an artist called Fleetwood Mac. Throughout the story we see how the rock band starts and meets then we see how they interacted and the relationships formed. Overall I loved how Taylor Jenkins Reid told the story of a 70s rock band and what they went through and how they overcame struggles together. Taylor described the characters in such great detail that it was really hard to believe these aren’t real people with real struggles, feelings and relationships. In conclusion I would give Daisy Jones & The Six a total of 5 stars.

Rating: 5 out of 5.
