Breath written by James Nestor is under the category of Nonfiction, health, self help, psychology and personal development. James Nestor is a Journalist who travels different regions of the world to figure out why as a society we forgot to breath the right way. The book talks about how to breath properly and how humans have lost the true art to breath properly. Not only have humans progressively gotten worse at breathing but the side effects of breathing wrong are shocking. During this book i learned different breathing techniques, the history of breathing, different cultures and their beliefs surrounding breathing and the side effects of breathing the wrong way. Overall i would give this story a 4/10, this book is about health and if you’re interested on improving yourself as a whole i would reccoment this read!
